Well IF IT WERE TRUE, and i feel dumb even typing that, i would hope there were some extremely serious issues other than on field performance to warrant it. There is almost zero to be gained from a midseason firing and normally looks very poorly on the program. Its a low class move that we are certainly not known for

FWIW....The staff is in a defensive meeting right now, which is an indication that something is brewing....

Yeah I mean I'm not saying it's true or that I believe it, I'm just saying the initial post by that guy would lead you to believe it had some merit, based on his years of posting info.
But a situation like this just seems very un-Richt like, so I won't fully believe it unless we issue a press release confirming it. And there could be a middle ground..Richt might have told Grantham he won't be retained after this year..but that won't make the news I wouldn't think.
