It works the same for smokeless tobacco to my knowledge. I took it for a few weeks but realized I was giving a half-hearted attempt, so I just kept dipping.

I didn't really have any side effects other than making my stomach feel weird, not queasy, just not normal. I never felt depressed or anything like that.
