I guess it's not brand new and doesn't really benefit me, but the old black frat house(I think that's what it was) that burned down and was re-built looks nice. The replacement looks really cool right there on university across from the cemetery. Since they finished that new bank across from the grill, that intersection looks about 100 times better than it did about three years ago. Is there anything cool to do at that buidling besides the grill? I know there's a bike shop in there. Can't remember what else. I used to hit up happy hour at the old grill, but I have actually never gone to the new building because people seem do dog the grill a good bit.

From what I've been told those are new apartments and they are expensive as frick.

Above that bike shop are "lofts" that are going for 250k a piece. That is pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
As far as the grill, it is very hit or miss for me. I'll go there one night and get great service and the menu is pretty much the same as Harvey's with a few extras. The next time I'll go will be the shittiest waitress ever and I'll vow to never go again.
