Taking away quarterback rushing stats, Mett is a much better QB than JFF. More yards per attempt, more touchdowns, less interceptions, higher QBR and higher passer rating.

You're trying far, far too hard.

Manziel's thrown for 1000 more yards (and 13 more TDs) than Mettsiah over the last two seasons. So "taking away" those pesky rushing stats (SEC rushing title, 1800+ yards, 26 rushing TDs) Mett still isn't even close.

We'll have our first common opponent this week (Auburn for us, OM for you). So Manziel has to best:

14-22 (63.6%), 229 yds, 1 TD, 1 int, 2 sacks, -7 yards rushing

And Mett needs to beat:

31-36 (79.5%), 336 yds, 0 TD, 1 int, 1 sack, 113 yards rushing, 2 TD

Should give us a better idea who has the "better" QB, right?

two seasons.

Moving the goal posts again. You guys are so fricking worried about proving the merits of JFF. Yes, the Heisman winner was better than Mett last year. Thanks for the straw man. Yes, he's a more complete player and probably more valuable to his team than any other player is to their team.

I'm looking forward to more Aggy fans coming out of the woodwork to completely miss the point of my statement and throw it way out of proportion because of the heightened sensitivity around JFF and how he's perceived in the minds of strangers.
