Over/under on amount of time Chaney has until he gets canned.

IMO, if he doesn't get his act together by the end of next season, he'll be sent packing.

At this point, I wouldn't have a problem with that. Nothing against the guy, he just simply isn't a good fit with BB's run heavy offensive style.

Bret will have a quick trigger, I'd guess 1 more year.

After today's arse whipping - I'll bet there's a meeting to discuss who is going to take the hit.

Chaney might not have 1 more year.

I say after this season he is gone.

Brandon Allen is just not the answer though. He looks like a little clueless kid out there

Super serial, and I'm being generous. If I were Jeff Long I'd let this year slide since it is a transitional year. I knew we were going to be bad this year but I didn't know it would be THIS bad.

Seems like our coaching gets worse after every game.

Umm, this isn't soccer

There's a line between talent and coaching. Decisions need to be made pertaining to the deficiencies on both sides - and plans made on how those deficiencies are to be corrected.

As far as I'm concerned, this isn't Long's call - this is 2Bz call.

I think we have a new OC for next season. Chaney isn't getting shite done and it just looks bad.

If it's 3rd and 5 we might as well punt every fricking time.

We averaged 9.1 ypc today and scored 7 points..

Brandon Allen is a solid backup IMHO.

Losing is one thing but that kind of performance puts everyone on notice.

You're right, I don't want to have to endure another year of Chaney's shite play calling but we might have to. We'll see.

I didn't even watch the game today, was too hung over and slept right through it but I knew it was a disappointment when I woke up and checked facebook.

He threw Bert under the bus this week prior to the game while talking to the media....he won't last past this season

That is an incredibly misleading stat. 74 yards came on two back-to-back plays in the 4th quarter. At that point I wasn't paying a ton of attention, but I'm willing to bet that Spurrier had the backups in.

Yeah but it's still 6.5 ypc without those two plays.

I don't have the link, but I'm sure you can find it on some site that has all the press coverage.....

He basically said we suck at passing because we don't practice it in practice....

To him I would say....Remember your excuses when we were playing ULL, Samford, Southern Miss...."I didn't call passes because I didn't have to"

Yeah I forgot about Hatcher's sweep or whatever it was. But... two of those big runs ended up being turnovers. Hatcher fumbled and it was recovered by SC. Collins fumbled and gave SC a touchback.

So in reality, while our ypc looks good, our run game was not particularly grand today.

People are making mistakes all over the field.
