Jalan McClendon has been a NC State commit since May. Word is he's close to scheduling a visit to Knoxville, and he's more than willing to reopen his recruitment. He's only a ***, but boasts offers from FSU, Miami, NC State, Virginia, UNC and of course VOLS.
