I've been to most stadiums in the SEC, and at least the top 3 loudest games I've been to were at BDS. However, it's pretty quiet against bad teams.

Rocky Block in 2009 was deafening. It was the loudest I've ever heard Bryant Denny.
To the OP, you're gonna enjoy your time in Tuscaloosa. Get to the quad early and take a walk around our campus. Head down to the houndstooth and get some BBQ nachos from Big Bad Wolf and wash them down with a yellowhammer. Try to mix it up with a cool crowd of our fans and you'll definitely be treated well. After the game head to the bear trap rooftop if the weather is nice or go to innisfree and try to get some strange.
