I fully expect Ego and Freak to hold the interior of the line, and the DE's and OLBs to contain the edges.

As good as Ego and Freak are, they are two people. When 3 veteran offensive lineman decide to tangle them up for the 1.14 seconds it takes for Gurley to get by, even if they are holding and holding is on every play, only Bama gets away with it, maybe UGA gets away with some of it, and god forbid our fullback on a lead, how effective can two guys be if the middle linebacker is undersized and the other two linebackers are on the edge? I'm not saying Gurley is going to score a touchdown every time he gets the ball, but the two solid interior guys have to be backed up by a lot more.

The only guys I saw LSU have trouble with were not the big backs going down hill, it's the shifty ones that make more than one move. The rest have been handlers pretty easily and we faced a couple 230 pound backs with speed. I think one was injured but still stopped him. Key is to stop gurley early, and not let him get going, which I think we will do. Of corse not everytime but I think we will get it done! Welter isn't a punk at all, he will hit you, Beckwith def has the better potential easily but welter has stopped some big boys in there tracks, and even moved them backwards on initial hit. He's a football player, not some punk like these guys are making him look! He took a few bad angles and hasn't filled the whole quite like minter but he's decent! If he hits gurley he's gonna be stopped, won't bounce off, when he hits you he drives you and he has some pretty good form tackling. Minter was good at taking on the blocker and getting off of it or making him miss, welter not so much but when he does he makes plays! He had 10 tackles in this one and he's the main one getting better I think. Kwons just a terror! If we come out aggressive, I like our chances!
