Yes the big difference being OM gets more OOS students. Of those OOS kids, the majority come from money, but also the majority of those OOS kids weren't smart enough to get into their home state's best colleges.

I couldn't have gotten into LSU, but I didn't take the classes necessary because Id always been set on OM
