Lot of folks on this board have apparently never witnessed Bama & Auburn fans going at it. Understandable though, and I'm sure other rival sets are brutal as well, but those two fan bases would probably be okay with a meteor hitting the opposing team's stadium/college to some extent.

Ole Miss was founded in 1844 and charted in 1848. It was The University of Mississippi and all of the gentry of that period went to school there. UM used to also be the AG school or Land Grant instituion, but had ZERO enrollment as the "non" gentry refused to attend. With that said, another "College" was formed called Mississippi A&M College in 1878 for all of those folks that hated the gentry. Ever since that "College" was formed on the basis of hatred for UM, the insecurities and inferiority complexes of those masses have been on the forefront of what they base their existence.
On the other hand, we Ole Miss folks just laugh at them for being the rubes they are.
