Not hard to shut down the rush if the QB you have to "defend" only throws for 134 yards on 26 attempts.
Not hard to shut down the rush when you're actually a team with a slight pulse.

when you can put 9 men in the box every play and not be afraid to be beat by a pass beucase our QB can't make a simple 5 yard slant throw than yeah you aren't going to run the ball
shite we weren't running the ball on smouthern miss once brandon allen got hurt. not really fair to look at our running game the last 7 quarters
