So, let's say a guy from Mississippi or Alabama doesn't have the money for college or goes to the military straight out of high school. Is he not allowed to be a sports fan? Maybe his parents are both Alabama alums and he grew up in Tuscaloosa, but he felt compelled to join the Army for some reason. Should he be barred from Alabama fandom?

So this maybe a bad example because the Army pays for school. But, it's not like either one of those schools cost a lot of money to go to anyways.
