Gaudy numbers but his 2 interceptions were the difference in the game.

You can get lucky, but you cant live on luck.

JFF had some lucky throws in that game that could have went for INTs. How many good throws did he have that weren't fades to Evans in one on one coverage?

It was a good performance by JFF, but not unforgettable. AJ played better, IMHO.

AJ played mistake-free, no doubt about that. Played better? That's debatable. His only TD pass that a jr high QB couldn't have pulled off was the first one to Norwood. The other three (the rainbow flea flicker, the WR screen and the 5 yard swing pass at the end) were so much more on the inept A&M defense. The passes were completely pedestrian.

The way I look at it, the Alabama defense >>> A&M defense, therefore for Manziel to have put up the numbers he did leaves little doubt he was the better QB on Saturday. Unfortunately football is a team sport, and the A&M defense was dominated in all phases of the game.
