Good to hear. Unfortunately these agents most likely have the money and resources to wiggle out of prosecution or get much more than a slap on the wrist. Probably not enough to dissuade them.

But if the NFL gets on board as well as state legislatures with stiff penalties it would go a long ways I think.

Of course, the other option is just ignoring it completely. I don't think anyone wants it to turn into the Wild Wild West however. It would be out of control.
