No you're a moron for making any sort of distinguishment between making money off your likeness and getting paid. They are one in the same. If you were allowed to make money off a signature, per NCAA rules, an Aggie booster would give Manziel $1million for a signature on a napkin.

No they are not. Plenty of people are suggesting the University somehow pay these players...

I'm talking about an Olympic model where the school is only responsible for their scholarship. Nothing more. If any player is able to make money off of their name, they should be allowed to. The above quotes are a VERY different system. I'm not a moron because you can't distinguish between the two.
