To prove our collective ineptitude, I want to play a game...
TERMS
One point for finishing higher in the division (conference relevance)
One point for an Egg Bowl win (Mississippi relevance)
One point for a final AP top 25 ranking (national relevance)
One point for winning the Egg Bowl, finishing higher in the SEC, and a final AP top 25 ranking ("clean sweep")
Starting point = original 1992 expansion
THE INEPTITUDE INDEX
OLE MISS - 31
MISSISSIPPI STATE - 26
