It's funny you say that because I've heard the exact opposite. ULL has been picked to win the Sun Belt while TCU is supposed to be a middle of the pack Big XII team.
Do you have any links that say TCU is a legit contender to win the Big XII this year? Here's one that picks ULL to win the Sun Belt.
