Our defense last night...

...I know they played overall pretty atrocious, but think about this for a second.
They allowed us to outscore Vandy 29-14 in the second half. Yes, they gave up the huge 4th and 18 and the sideline screen for that last TD, but they did their job there in the second half.
There's still a LOT of room for improvement, but all hope is not lost.
Just thought I'd pump a little sunshine so that maybe the win isn't so bittersweet. :D

Haha. It's really for myself, too. I've just been like, "WE WON!" followed by, "...man our defense sucks..." all day.
I'm re-watching the game now and they really had moments of brilliance. I think they'll really come on after a couple more weeks.
That's not great news for the Texas game, but who knows? Maybe they'll put it all together before then and surprise us.

other then the last TD drive by Vandy, they held it together in the 2nd half....secondary needs to growup quick!
