Their "evidence" is Joe Schad swares that some guy showed him a video that had Johnny signing stuff. Oh and that guy totally told him he paid Manziel off camera.
I don't understand how Manziel isn't in prison either.

From an ethics standpoint, hope not ...being a Bama fan though, sure hope he does!
