Seriously? You were JUST making fun of Texas A&M, and Okie St. beat them 30-29. Do you REALLY want to go there?

Okie St gave up 30 or more points 5 times and one of those was over 40, PLUS they got beat by Iowa STATE!

I don't recall saying anything about Texas A&M. I don't like the Aggys because I think their fans are weird as frick, but Sumlin is a great coach.

I saw Florida play Mizzou, UGA, and Louisville and came away very unimpressed. I know they also threw out some clunkers against Bowling Green and Louisiana. In 2011, Okie State led the nation in turnovers (or was right around the top). As bad as Driskell is, I think he would throw several picks and you can't turn the ball over against the Pokes. Not to mention, Louisville shredded the Gator defense with FAR inferior talent than Okie State had in 2011.

My apologies. It was SMS151t that was talking about A&M.

Perhaps you were unimpressed, because of their offense. And, I agree. It was anemic. I think every Gator on here would admit that, too. However, their defense was on another planet...it was stifling at best.

And don't sell the Gators short. Against LSU they got the lead and ran the ball against the Tigers, who had an EXCELLENT defense.

We can play "what if" all day long...and frankly, I don't like being put in the position of defending the Gators!

BOTH Florida and Okie State had excellent years in 2011 and 2012. Personally, I would have enjoyed watching Okie St. play in the National Title game their year. I always like to watch high powered offenses, and they certainly had that!
