When was Saban the DC at Cleveland? I seem to remember the Bills and the Bengals running some form of a no huddle back in the early 90s.

I think it was Buffalo that would either not huddle up, or huddle up much closer to the LoS - maybe 5 years as opposed to 10 - and would often break out of it quickly and rush to the line.
