The UT's have different colors and symbols so they're easy to tell apart.
the U of A = Arkansas and Arizona, but I've never had any confusion on sports forums saying the U of A since the teams seldom play the same teams.
UA = Bama
OSU = Oklahoma State, unless Oregon pulls off an upset
the OSU = Ohio State
UM = Michigan
Just say "the USC" or "the U of SC"
quit trying to confuse everyone.

quote:"Man that was a great game last night between USC and Oregon! The Ducks get a great job keeping Lee in check."

"USC and Georgia should be a really good game and the winner will be in the driver's seat for the SEC Championship"
"Wow Kiffin and USC are really doing well on the recruiting trail, maybe the sanctions won't hurt them as much as anticipated"
"USC loves them Sandstorm, they are a really tough team at home, but could struggle on the road this season"
There aint nothing confusing about it, use your head.
