QB- James Franklin will start for the third season in a row, to the dismay of many of the Mizzou loyals. RS Freshman Maty Mauk will serve as "the backup" although he is expected to take a handful of series each game, and possibly pass Franklin by season's end. True freshman Eddie Printz Jr. has moved up to #3 on the depth chart, and is getting scrimmage reps with the 2's. Although he is expected to take a redshirt this year, and allow Corbin Berkstresser who filled in a few games as last year's starter to take the 3 spot.

RB- Yes, Henry Josey is back as the starter. We're all hoping he's the same guy who gained 1250 yards and 8.1 ypc over 10 games in 2011. Right behind him is true Soph. Russell Hansborough. This guy got extensive playing time last year as a frosh, and is expected to carry much of the load again this year. Behind him is All-American Marcus Murphy. If you don't know who he is, just ask Alabama. Rounding out the top 4 is wrecking ball Greg White. The only back we carry who weighs in at over 230 lbs., he is expected to contribute solely as a goal line and short yardage back.

FB- Hahaha

TE- Leading the one's this year will be RS Frosh Sean Culkin. This guy is 6'5 255, runs like a deer, and could legitimately pass as a stand in for Thor. He's so highly regarded, that he was actually supposed to start as a true freshman last year, before breaking his fingers in preseason and taking a RS. The last 3 Mizzou starting TE's have either been Mackey award winners, or All-Americans, he'll be next. Behind him is the starter from the last two seasons Eric Waters. He's really a big slow wide receiver, who gets put in the slot and labeled a TE. And rounding out the top 3 is true freshman Jason Reese. From his camp performance, it looks like he might avoid a RS and contribute this season.

WR- Regardless of your SEC arrogance, Mizzou consistently has one of the top WR corps in the nation. And this group is the highest regarded since the '07 national title contender crew, most of which are playing on Sundays. Anyway Mizzou actually lists 12 starters on offense, and 4 of these are WR positions. At one spot yes, DGB is actually starting this year. Expect him to continue the performance he had in the last few games of 2012. At another starting spot, we have Marcus Lucas. At 6'5 230, this is his 3rd season as a starter, and there is serious draft talk surrounding this guy, watch out. Our big play specialist is L'Damian Washington. At 6'5 190 this guy looks and runs like a Jamaican sprinter. If you can stop him at the line great. If not, you better pray the ball doesn't get thrown his way, because you're not catching him. In the slot we once again have Jimmie Hunt. This guy is a terror in the open field, and gets a TD for every 3 balls that he catches. Of course rotating with this group will be a handful of studs, including former Texas 5* and #1 ranked receiver Darius White. This guy has serious pro porential, and still doesn't crack the starting rotation. That should tell you how deep this group is.
