Sure you can. 10 win season at Bowling Green. Undefeated BCS season at Utah. 2 BCS titles at UF. Undefeated first season at Ohio State.

No, you can't. Saban won 9 games in his first season as a head coach at Toledo. He turned a program mired in scandal and destroyed by NCAA sanctions at Michigan State into a winner and bowl contender. He won the SEC in his second season at LSU and shortly thereafter won a national title. He has since won three more despite taking a two-year hiatus and rebuilding yet another program. It's quite reasonable to think Meyer might have no titles at all had Saban stayed at LSU.
