myself. schedule difficulty is relevant though, esp in determining who goes to atlanta and beyond. however, i am not bitching at all, just saying pre season picks, esp among the top teams are worthless.

Sounds like you take this too seriously and your self worth is based on what other people think about the football team, you are not even a part of, besides being a fan. Get some perspective old timer.
Oh, and those people that are discounting LSU have legitimate reasons: 1-Bama is on your schedule and is the better team; plus a few other teams on the schedule people think are better; LSU lost a shite ton of players from the defense-sure there were a lot of players with PT coming back but they're not really proven in the starting roles; offense was pretty damn bad most of the time last year: lost the bowl game.
LSU could be great but there are certainly legitimate concerns about the team unless you want everyone else to be LSU homers
