Tired players use poor tackling form and have more ligament/tendon/muscle injuries due to the weakened state of the body. The lack of substitutions seemed to be his issue, not too many plays. I think Saban's argument has some validity, but I also don't think there needs to be a rule change.


So it's the HUNH's fault Saban's defensive players can't play at the sustained level they can?
