You are right, we will not have any tape on the teams that we played last year. Manziel makes it happen, but we have plenty of weapons. JFF could finish with less total yards than last year and still have a good year just because we have play makers. Our running backs alone merit plenty of carries and touches. He will be a more polished passer with Evans leading the receivers and he might not scramble as much. Still, he does whatever he wants on the field.This post was edited on 7/4/13 at 10:28 pm

Do you people really believe this when you say it?
Bama had 9 games of film. OU had 12 games of film and a month to prepare.
Manziel was nearly unstoppable after getting some game experience under his belt. There was absolutely no sign of coaches being able to "figure him out" as the season progressed. His best game was probably his last game.
Manziel isn't a gimmick that gets figured out. He's a playmaker that gets better with experience.
