dude I worked out at sports medicine and fitness institute and ran a 40 with a 14 year old from hayden Alabama...he ran a legit 4.4...hadn't heard anything from him or about him in a few years...there are fast ppl in this world...who gives a frick
ETA: and those of you who don't live in Alabama don't know but sports medicine and fitness institute is THE place to workout in Alabama for aspiring D1 athletes. place is legit.
