Obviously, "white as snow" and "black as night" are common phraseology and used in a joking manner more often than not, but that doesn't change the fact it's probably not the best idea to make a race related joke after being accused of racism. I don't think anyone was actually like "omg I'm so offended kkk 666". It just wasn't the smartest thing to say or appropriate at the moment in time.

The words used aren't even the important part of the matter. Again, it's not being PC when actually practicing the employment policies she is allegedly accused of.

Disagree. "Racism" is nothing but a political smear-word. It's not some evil mental condition that weak white people succumb to. It's a fricking smear-word used to demonize......plain and simple.......and has been assigned waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much power due to the pussified moronic cattle-herd society we live in.

I can't think of any better way to stand up to the ridiculousness of the "racism" smear-word accusation than to joke, mock and ridicule the finger-wagging hypocrite pussy cowards that fear it's supposed "power".
