With as many players in the game today, we'll never see another run like the 90s, from LSU or any school.

Why do you keep pretending there are "more players" in the game today than it was back then? Do you realize how full of shite you are with that? If anything, there are fewer players with the explosion of football popularity and more kids focusing on that sport.

So, that's what you tell yourself. Skip did it right until the very end -- but the day he left, it can never be done again. Kinda like no team would ever win 3 of 4 national titles in football huh?

There have been college baseball dynasties LITTERED throughout history. LSU was hardly the first -- and it won't be the last.

Right -- You've conclusively shown this as factual.

Not "players" as in individual kids, you dolt. There are more "players" (big time programs) than there ever were before, and the number is growing as the sport's popularity increases and schools see it as a potential money-maker.

5 out of 10 will never be done again. Ever.

Man, go enjoy yourself. You're in the midst of State's greatest run ever, yet all you can worry about is how it stacks up in comparison to LSU. That is a textbook inferiority complex.
