Jones would prolly offer 3 times what he is making now. Plus with the opportunity to draft JFF. To get fans excited, Jones would prolly offer a lot. Even willingness to trade up to draft JFF. Plus Sumlin would still get to stay in TX.

Jerry can offer anything he wants. What he can't offer is a good GM to support Sumlin. How many coaches have turned down Jerry's advances based solely on the certain career suicide the HC job stands to offer?
