Baseball is about the Jimmys and Joes not the Xs and Os. If he recruits well and gets us to the postseason he deserves more time. If he fails to advance in the postseason every year he should be replaced.

I no longer stand behind this statement. His pink slip should be waiting on his desk tomorrow morning after what he just did to that poor kid. frick him.
