shh, don't tell them that, I feel safe mentioning it here because why would they be in a baseball thread?) USC and UNC were both founding members of the ACC. We got tired of dealing with the tobacco road shite and UNC trying to run the conference. Plus, they think they're the real Carolina.

That basketball exemption just about cost them. The Grant of Rights saved the ACC a lot of embarrassment.
