I guess I've just never thought of putting anything on to a sausage biscuit before... Jelly + sausage just doesn't seem like a combo that would go together well. Every time that I've had a sausage biscuit and someone asks me if I need any jelly with it, I just look at them like their crazy and say no. Obviously I'm the crazy one, as I didn't realize this was such a normal occurrence

I'm not a jelly person, but next time you get a sausage biscuit, try a little bite with some jelly on it.

I made some maple syrup and blueberry sausage that is soooooooooo good.

Well, there IS a contingent that prefers a mustard approach, but we do not speak of such things in polite company...
