Truth, but a lot of people do it in fragmented steps. We are doing a lot of it all at once, and a lot of stadiums would most likely have to tear down a lot instead of adding on to be up to par.

I agree for the most part. But some are already very nice. Some were also built with more expansion in mind than the way Kyle was done over the years.
