I would bet this has a lot to do with why so many agents get fired. They pump their clients up with wild expectations to secure their signature and then hope they can deliver on the promises. Its a snake oil business and losing a client or two here and there is going to happen.

I don't know why people make a big deal about this stuff. It's business. Some people are finicky and want results. It's going to be even more pronounced with 22 year old males with big egos. Move on.
