I want to call to everyone's attention concerning some egregious butthurt on the Help Board.

A horrible and egregious error has been made and it needs remedied promptly

Maybe somebody can help me understand the rules if I'm wrong but here's what I found about the division rankings. LINK
quote:

Conference Championship - The SEC Championship will be decided by a game between the two division champions. The team in each division with the highest percentage of wins during all regular-season Conference competition shall be declared division champion. If two or more teams are tied with the highest percentage of wins, they shall be declared division co-champions. Division standings will be calculated on a percentage basis, using only those Conference games which are a part of the regular rotating schedule. Details on all tie-breaking procedures shall be stipulated in the Commissioner's Regulations for football. The site of the championship game shall be set by a vote of the Conference member institutions.

Here's what I found in the tie-breakers section.
quote:

Divisional Champions and Tiebreakers . In the event of a tie for the divisional championship, the following procedures will be used:

Then they list the rules for a two-team or three-team divisional champion tie and that's it. I guess tie-breakers aren't used for the rest of the division standings and therefore we're tied for 2nd with LSU.
