Are they reporting Lacy got paid along with DJ? They were pretty tight I heard.

This is pretty crazy, how his family was taken in by another. I didn't know that.

Good story.
Some NFL team is gonna get a great player/person in Lacy.

So we get one story about how Auburn lets players smoke fake weed and rob trailer parks to win championships and then we get another story about a poor, innocent, Bama player who by the Grace of God is kept away from the wrong path just by being in the Tuscaloosa City limits . . . Seems pretty fair and balanced to me [insertumadbamaresponse]
But for the record I'm not mad at all. ESPN is the WWL and they create the story line. The State of Alabama is one of their top television markets and they're going to create story lines that draw eyes to TV sets. They know Bama fans are Guranteed to tune in to hear, "Bama good, Auburn bad"

Most of us had ZERO clue there was even a story about the Auburn investigation in this E:60...wasn't sure of their format, I thought it was going to be about Eddie Lacy for the most part...FWIW.

Dammit, are you saying this was a good story about Lacy and not of him getting paid?
Frick ESPN for holding back the truth.
J/K Good luck to the kid Lacy. Was a patient dude waiting his turn.

U mad
Actually, Bama fans should be pissed. We could have gotten a longer segment of Lacy if not for the spice toking, bath salting robbers.

Gene Chizik's segment was filmed after the initial story ran and its obvious by the way the segment ended that it was re-edited. The whole report was debunked by Auburn weeks ago but for whatever reason ESPN decided to go ahead and run the report anyway rather than bowing out with some dignity

Yea you really have to respect a guy who waits his turn behind two first round draft picks.....
