Let me get this straight. Fluker tweeted that he took money in college AND there are pictures of him driving a cadillac???

It would nearly be impossible to have a vehicle given to you these days. Every major athletic department has an extensive program to monitor athlete's vehicles. I've known people on swimming scholarships that even say it is a hassle to go through the procedure of registering a new vehicle with UA.
