LSU seriously looks like we're gonna be stacked as frick for 2014. We had a hell of a recruiting class in 2013, which is a good base... and unlike our recruiting classes of recent years, it seems like we ended up with an abnormally high number of early-enrolled players who are already in camp trying to separate themselves.

That and it'll be the second year under Cam Cameron's system, so there won't be any adjustment pains.

2013 looks really good already -- I doubt we make a title run, this is going to be Alabama's or South Carolina's year, IMO, but a BCS at-large berth is not out of the question. 2014 looks like our year.

Yeah, see, I agree. If the conference maintains "The Streak" this year then IMHO it only gets easier to do in 2014 with the playoffs because, chances are, we'll put two teams in the four team playoff in 2014. You never know for sure, but The Conference is going to be stacked in 2014.

IMO, I don't see any school besides tOSU breaking the SEC dominance up.

And as stated 2013 looks great but if '14 continues down this road..... DAMN

I really don't think OSUe has the horses to do it in 2013, and by 2014, well ....

You're right, but while other conferences are not as stacked as the SEC, top to bottom, there are some good teams out there. I'm just not sure there are any that would be shoe-ins to beat an SEC Champion in a National Championship game.

Everyone keeps talking about OSUe but, to me at least, Oregon is a thread although with their coaching change who knows. And is Stoops washed-up at Oklahoma? Remember when Stoops went to Oklahoma in, what was it, '99? When he went there everyone said he would turn Oklahoma into a SEC type team .... I suppose he has to some degree, I dunno. Same thing they are saying about Urbie Meyer but OSUe has always recruited the South well, moreso than Oklahoma. Then there are Notre Dame, Michigan, Texas, SoCal, FSU ... I don't see them threatening anytime soon.
