Downtown:
Alcove is cool, Wilhagens is more of a restaurant but your under crew can stay till 10:00, 4th and 23rd sucks balls but your unders can get in there too (no cover if you get a wrist band by 10 I think). Copper Top is alright don't think they allow unders, Speak Easy is really laid back, I'd highly recommend Kennedy's it's a unique place in Timmerson Square.
Like the others said Innisfree is good, The Houndstooth is my usual hangout, bear trap also good when it warms up.
