Are you married or engaged? If you are, I agree that this decision is indeed complicated. It may come down to a pros and cons list (as cliche as that sounds). Wow! That was cliche to reference a cliche.
Anyhow, back on topic. If you're not married or engaged, you've already made your decision. You have invested a LOT in your education and future. If your relationship is meant to be, it will continue to thrive regardless of the decision you make.
You're young. This is the time to focus on yourself. Your future relationship(s) will be rewarded if you are free of regret.
