He would ask me to make him a White Russian. He loved them. If I left mine sitting on the table and got up, he would drink it all.

See! That's a cute thought...and sorta funny. It made me laugh because I can imagine that scene!
However, do you really believe he'd ask you to make him a White Russian if he noticed that you were an emotional wreck because of his passing away?
