I'd put Carolina-Clampsin ahead of all of them, but Clampsin is ACC and so was Carolina until pretty recently.
But yes, I would say Carolina/Clemson is one of the most heated rivalries in the country. My list (more focused on the present):
Bama/Auburn
Georgia/Florida
Egg Bowl
LSU/Bama
Auburn/Georgia
USC/Georgia (I'll concede it hasn't always been considered a heated rivalry but its hard to ignore whats going on right now)
Bama/Tenn
