In context, a couple of weeks before, UGA almost lost to Vanderbilt, but came back to win, and all danced on the V in the middle of the field after the game, and the program took alot of shite for it. Richt turned it around on the players and told them if they want to celebrate, don't celebrate vs Vandy. Score the first touchdown vs Florida, and you all have my permission to celebrate.
Sure enough, UGA scored the first touchdown, they all rushed the field and got a penalty, and Richt kept his word by taking all of the blame and not making anyone run laps.
That was a great moment in football.

That vandy shite was the angriest I've ever seen richt iirc. And rightfully so, that game was horrid and we won by a vandy fumble. I respected that and the celebration
