In '99, the Titans were a yard short from winning the super bowl. But they didn't.

is tha#3 is great! But last time i checked, #3 usually lands you in a BCS bowl. Capital One? And no i don't blame a tipped pass on you, how is that even possible

Yeah, because UT is at a historical low. We're not good right now, and we havent even been decent since 07.
So that's like me saying well from '90 to '99 UT won 3 SEC titles and a NC, and UGA didnt even make it to ATL once. Football goes in cycles, we're down right now. We'll be back eventually.
