It seems like bama fans only question the TE, WR and LB comments.

I guess bama fans agree that LSU brought in the BETTER TALENT at

O-line
D-line
DBs
QB

Considering games are won at the line of scrimmage I like LSU's dominance at O-line and D-line.

Great secondary play is a must to have a top noth "D". Another BIG CHECK for LSU.

MUST have GOOD to GREAT talent calling the signals. TWO BIG CHECKS there for the TIGERS.

laissez lais bon temps roulez!!!!!!

No, not even. Bateman >>> Jennings/Rettig

quote:

O-line

LSU had 3-4* and 2-3*
Bama had 1-5*, 2-4*, and 2-3* (Basing this off A'shawn being listed as a OL) So it looks like Bama has the upper hand here.

quote:

D-line

LSU brought in 5-4* and 2-3*
Bama got 3-4*
Quantity wins out here. Too bad Bama does not have any other D lineman on the team already. Oh well, our run was nice while it lasted.

quote:

DBs

LSU got 1-5* and 2-4*
Bama got 4-4*
Quantity wins out again. Although LSU brought in some damn fine DBs.

Gosh, I guess Bama should just fire Saban and shut down the football program for good. We will never be able to keep up with LSU.

Spin it any way you want, but we had the #1 OVERALL recruiting class and are about to threepeat. The last time LSU won a championship, George Bush was still in office. With your superior O-line, D-line, DBs, and QB recruits, maybe you'll actually be able to beat an ACC team in the Peach Bowl next year, instead of forcing America to watch an on-field abortion like you've done in your last two bowl games.
