Our fellow Landmassian brethren are holding a draft to allow a few of us to post on the GrindRant. We owe it to them to do the same.
We will hold a 2-round draft to select a preliminary group of 16 Grinders.
We will then take those 16 and a group made up of one member from each team will discuss each candidate. After discussion, each member of this final group will select and put in votes for 8 of the 16 candidates. The 8 Grinders with the most votes will be granted access to the BearRant.
In the case of a tie, long-time Grinder Henry Jones Jr, will break the tie.
