So basically the whole 1st round and only part of the supplemental.
We aren't out of the woods yet.

ut ohhhh Bundy. You might have to give Mullen credit for something
Ill be shocked of Sandberg isn't a top 3 round pick and if so he goes pro.
With that said I hope he has a high ankle sprain or pulled hammy so his stock does t go up.

There will be a 1st round which will be 1-28 and 2 Comp rounds between the 1st and 2nd rounds.
So you have
1st- 1-28
Comp A- 29-33
Comp B- 33-39
2nd- 40-68
Basically the top 50 is the 1st round and 10 picks into the 2nd round
Like I said, we aren't out of the woods yet.
ETA: a lot of those comp picks have to do with free agents, trades, etc. but you get the idea.

You have to be an absolute cant miss OF'er to go by the 3rd round

I know one thing I'd love to see him playing baseball for us next year

Not really. DJ Davis (Stone County) was taken 17th overall last year, and he is about as raw as they come.
I'll be shocked if he ever makes it to the league.

Alford was and is tons better than this kid.

Bundy making shite up again...
Sandberg either gets first round money or he's at MSU.

I'm pretty sure he is just stating his opinion.
Kind of like you do below.

Here's the most recent link I could find: LINK I like the fact the last comment was from HAILSTATE.

Except that "opinion" comes directly from Cord's dad.
MSU fans will no doubt continue to be negative about the situation though, despite all signs currently pointing positively for us...

He is currently ranked as the #92 prospect, which would put him in the 3rd round. 3rd round is pretty high, not sure on money off hand though. I will assume if he gets drafted in the 3rd round, he goes. It's not called being negative. It's called being a realist.

Cord and his family are on the record as saying that he would go pro for 1st to early 2nd round money. I am guessing they have a figure in mind, but I am not sure what that is exactly.

Is your comprehension really this bad?

I went through all this in this forum already. Cord is more dangerous to actually go to MLB in the 11th round than he is late in the 3rd.

It's being a negative MSU fan when you know firsthand(or even secondhand since Cord's dad has told this to a BUNCH of MSU people and has much more extensive ties to MSU than were realized early in his recruitment) information pointing in one direction -- yet still choosing to believe something different.
#92 is worth $523,600 before taxes.

Just because we refuse to bury our heads in the sand makes us negative?
Are you honestly pretending to NOT be a negative State fan? Really? The first State fan online to call Chris Jones to Ole Miss on every State board out there is "a realist"...

It's called being a realist. No, it's called just not being a homer.
Kinda like when you are throwing Bundy under the bus about negative Cohen/Thompson as if you weren't at the forefront of the mob in the tough years?
"Levelheaded" Gold courtesy of Requiem prior to the Super Regional run.
Bundy quote toward Requiem in that very post.
