This is just a guess out of no where. But how about Ken Lucas? Former 1st round pick. I think he is in coaching now?

Big whole to fill personality wise IMO. We need to find someone that will be able to connect with the players as well as he did.
Not too worried about it though based on all of Freeze's past hires, has always found the right guy so far.
